ShortName* A short name for the search engine.
Description* A brief description of the search engine.
InputEncoding The encoding to use for the data input to the search engine.
Method The method attribute indicates whether to use a GET or POST request to fetch the result.
Icon 16x16 Base-64 encoded 16x16 icon representative of the search engine.
searchURL* Describes the URL to use for the search.
Optional Search URL form The URL to go to to open up the search page at the site for which the plugin is designed to search. This provides a way for Firefox to let the user visit the web site directly.
Query* The parameter that need to be passed in a the search query.
Optional fields The parameters that need to be passed in along with the search query, as key/value pairs.
suggestionURL This URL is used to specify the URL to use for fetching search suggestions.
